Eric Ekere

Senior Partner

Eric Ebek Etim Ekere, Esq., is a Legal Practitioner with 15 years plus cognate experience. He graduated in 2009 from the Faculty of Law, University of Calabar with a Bachelor of Laws, (LL.B.). He was admitted into the Nigerian Law School, Lagos Campus in April, 2010 and qualified in 2011 with a Barrister-at-Law, (B.L.). He was sworn as a Notary Public on the 11th of December, 2025.

Eric undertook the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) between July 2011 and July 2012. He was initially posted to the Ministry of Justice, Gombe State where he acted as a Prosecuting Counsel. In the course of his service year, he was redeployed to Abuja and posted to the Law Firm of Paul Erokoro (SAN) & Co, Abuja. On completion of his national service, he was retained by Paul Erokoro (SAN) & Co. Between 2015 and 2022, he acted as the Firm's Head of Chambers, Calabar Branch, where he contributed to the outstanding success of cases and election petitions.

As a private Legal Practitioner with a passion for litigation, he has appeared in all the superior Courts of record in Nigeria. He has conducted cases and appeals at the Supreme Court of Nigeria, several divisions of the Court of Appeal, many divisions of the Federal High Court, the National Industrial Court, and High Courts of the various States. He has also appeared before and conducted cases at the various Tribunals set up at various times in the country.

Eric belongs to the Calabar Branch (The Doyen Bar) of the Nigeria Bar Association and his involvement in the development of the Bar earned him several awards. Between 2021 and 2023, he served as the Secretary of the Security and Intelligence Committee of the Doyen Bar. In 2025, he was appointed as a member of the Ethics and Disciplinary Committee of the Doyen Bar. Eric got married two years after his Call to Bar and his marriage is blessed with two sons.

Oduduabasi Ituen is a distinguished Legal Practitioner, Dispute Resolution Expert, and Managing Partner with extensive experience spanning litigation, criminal defence, commercial dispute resolution, corporate advisory, debt recovery, regulatory compliance, election petitions, and alternative dispute resolution. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the prestigious University of Lagos and thereafter proceeded to the Nigerian Law School, where he successfully qualified as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

Over the years, Ituen has built an enviable reputation as a results-driven advocate, known for his strategic thinking, courtroom advocacy, meticulous preparation, and ability to navigate highly sensitive and complex disputes.
